Why I Chose To Be A Fitness Professional

I hate seeing people struggle with weight issues, I know, first hand how depressing it can be. Yes, not so long ago I was way overweight and out of shape. I hated the way I looked and how it made me feel.

I had been a very active person – always doing something sporty but a major event in my personal life knocked me off the wagon and I turned into your typical couch potato. Then one day I saw my reflection in the mirror and couldn't believe what I saw! I decided straight away to work back to my previous self.

It took a little while but the process was liberating and life-changing. So much so that I decided to make it my mission to help as many people as I could to experience the same thing. Although I'd helped people train in the past it was only ever as a “hobby”. Now I wanted to make it official and got qualified as a personal trainer.

So, if you are feeling unhappy about your weight and seriously want to change I know exactly how you feel. I also know how fantastic you'll feel when you reach your goals. I'd be honoured to be a part of your journey.
